Kennedy who was one of the most revered figures in modern history. He spent time in the U.

Navy, the Apollo space programme and mostly known as American politician who served as the 35th president of the United States of America. JFK was sadly assassinated in Dallas, Texas by Lee Harvey Oswald who was later arrested for the crime however was never prosecuted due to his murder by Jack Ruby.

Many believed he was a victim of conspiracy. This fountain pen by Montblanc has been created in his memory. This special edition fountain pen has symbolic and design references to his life and career. Bordeaux was the chosen colour for the pen barrel and cap made from precious resin; the colour was chosen because it refers to Kennedy's famous Ivy League style and is inspired by his time at Harvard University.

There are three rings around the bottom of the screw off cap which are 14k gold-plated these reference to his three brothers. There is a matching clip on the side of the cap perfect for securing into a pen sleeve; this has been engraved with the famous Ivy League'JFK' initials. On the side of the clip is where the unique serial number can be found engraved faintly into the gold-plating.

The pen is a piston filler so requires a ink bottle to fill. The pens nib is made from 18K gold and is a M= medium in size. The pen is complete with all its packaging this includes, outer card sleeve, outer card box, presentation case, info book.
