From memory, I think this is a 2019 special edition Zippo lighter from Japan. It has a 3D design on all sides of the jacket, with raised skulls, crosses, dragons, stars, moon, sun, butterfly, sword and more. It is a bright gold in colour and it is very heavy. I've been told that the lighter is gold plated, but I'm not 100% sure about this.
